Herbal Tea Box

Did you know that Herbal Teas are not actually a “tea” but rather a tisane? They are prepared as an infusion or a decoction. This Tea Box will offer you 3 different Sacra Natura tisanes. You can select from the 4 Blends we currently offer. When infusing a tisane use 1 tsp of loose herbs to an 8 oz cup of hot water, cover and steep for 15 to 20 minutes. * I typically reuse my herbs at least 2 or 3 times before composting them.
