Ingredients: Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Lavender, St John’s Wort, Valerian root, Calendula When infusing this tisane use 1 tsp of loose herbs to an 8 oz cup of hot water, cover and steep for 15 to 20 minutes. * I typically reuse my herbs at least 2 or 3 times before composting them.
